Is Vonage Mobile using my cellular carrier’s 3G/4G data network to place calls?
By default, Vonage Mobile will first attempt to place a call using your WiFi connection. You can change how Vonage Mobile places calls by going to the call settings screen.
If you are not connected to a Wi-Fi network, Vonage Mobile will look to complete your call over your cellular carrier’s 3G/4G data network.*
*Carrier charges may apply over 3G/4G networks if you are roaming or have a limited data plan.
