I do not see the Vonage branded screen or hear the Vonage Tone on my Blackberry®?

The Vonage application will not load and the Vonage-branded screen will not appear if the Blackberry® doesn’t have sufficient memory. 

Solution:

 Remove the battery from the Blackberry® for 30 seconds and then re-install, if this doesn’t solve the problem email us by going to http://www.vonagemobile.com/contactus/

Additional Tips for your Blackberry® Vonage Mobile Application:

  • To reduce memory loss, ensure all applications not being used are closed.  Use the Blackberry® “Menu” key and select the “Close” option. 
  • Prior to using Vonage Mobile Application, disable international calling through your current carrier to prevent carrier billing the calls.
